I have been running my own successful private national and international therapy practice for over 20 years,
Due to my own life experience with stress and anxiety, both at a young age and as an adult, I know first- hand how detrimental stress and anxiety can be.
I witnessed the negative impact stress had on not only me but also on the people around me. I felt very strongly that the way I dealt with stress had to change otherwise my health would suffer. I needed to bring back balance, calm normality and joy into my life. I decided it was time to make some major changes in my life. That led me to seek out a profession that would specifically target, relieve and reduce stress.
Learning to deal with stress is so important, we can never have a truly stress-free life but we can have a happy one. Once we know how to control our reactions to stress and recognize and change that reaction, that is the answer to a happier, more positive joyful life.
It's not what life throws at you, it's how you deal with it that determines your happiness. When you change your reaction to stress you change your life.

I have had the privilege of running my Holistic Health practice now for over 20 years. I have worked with and taught people from all over the UK and across Europe and from all walks of life: I have worked with soldiers, nurses, teachers, professionals from many different fields, as well as over stressed parents and children. It has been my life’s purpose helping people to de-stress and find balance in all aspects of their work, their relationships, and their family life and I am immensely proud of that.
Helping people find peace of mind and joy of living without stress, tension or anxiety is one of the most rewarding things I can think of to do. Helping to improve someone’s quality and enjoyment of life is something very special for me.
